Koller has dealings with many of the different factions in the city, including organized crime, and for an unknown reason has the protection of the Dvali Crime family in Prague.
5★	Vaclav is one of the most knowledgeable augmentation specialists on his home world. He is a natural, homegrown prodigy; he never received a formal education and instead learned by experimenting with the medical augmentations he received as a child. He is so smart that he can talk circles around mainstream scientists. This extreme intelligence is the fuel for his eccentricity.
6★	Vaclav is a man from another world who is so passionate about the field of augmentation that it borders on obsession. When discussing it, he always displays a manic exuberance and can even lose track of the precise topic or head off on rambling tangents. When considering a particularly interesting area in his field of expertise, he may lower his voice as if speaking in the presence of a god.
