The Sealed Tower consists of a series of explorations. Each level features a multitude of challenging puzzles and bosses, but also offers many rewards in return, like Master's Crowns for specific units.
Only FFBE S4 units can be brought to the explorations and it is not possible to flee from random encounters while exploring. Mini-Bosses only need to be fought once and can be skipped on subsequent runs.

How to Unlock

1. Clear Chapter 1 of Levonia.
2. Go to the Special Forces Training Grounds and accept the quest Caledfwlch Special Investigation 1 from the Chancellor's Envoy.
3. Exit to the world map.

Esper

1. Clear The Sealed Tower - Level 2, return to the Chancellor's Envoy in the Special Forces Training Grounds.
2. Go to the Special Forces Training Grounds and confirm the completion of the quest Caledfwlch Special Investigation 1 with the Chancellor's Envoy.
3. Talk to the Chancellor's Envoy again and and accept the quest Caledfwlch Special Investigation 2.
4. Exit to the world map. The Raptor's Skydais, where the esper Garuda can be obtained, is now unlocked.
