How to unlock

You can unlock this optional dungeon to obtain an esper, Tetra Sylphid. To unlock this dungeon:

1. Clear Clouds of Lasting Light - Exploration
   
2. Go to City of Illusion and talk to the ghost in front of the crystal.
   
3. Go back to Clouds of Lasting Light - Exploration again and clear by walking to the exit manually after you have beaten the boss by selecting "Continue".
