A bat that has been driven mad by the taste of human blood. This nocturnal creature loves the dark, and often inhabits caves. Since it finds its way around by emitting sound waves and listening to how they echo, it doesn't tend to use its eyes very often, which has led its eyesight to become poor. It is quick to approach any humans it senses as it is always thirsty for blood, but since it can only draw blood and can't really attack, as long as one keeps their cool it shouldn't pose any real threat.
