The powerful shadow of a former mage which has become self-aware. Severing all ties with the mage it originated from, it has gained complete freedom. It spends its time loitering around in the darkness, attaching itself to the shadows of others and draining them of their energy and magic. However, since it is a shadow, it isn't able to move around as freely in the sunlight. Because of this, they rarely go outside, preferring to roam places where the sun doesn't shine like caves and catacombs.
