For the 3rd arms magic kill, either use a Dispelga-type skill to clear the Reflect or use an AoE magic that can go through reflect, like Ultima, Alterna.
Everyone had high spirit/hp to survive the fixed AoEs. Sieghard covered the physical damage while the arms were alive and provoked the lasers while guarding when the arms were dead. Ignis provided general mitigation, resistance, and stat buffs. Lenna healed and provided magic mitigation (with her cooldown). Kryla did breaks and sealed the boss with light element.
Bartz single target chained the arms, focusing on the left arm first. While the arms are being revived, prepare a Brave Blade to one shot the left arm as soon as it re-appears.
