The first three fights die very quickly. During the Kefka fight Sieghard provoked the ST physical stuff while Ignis gave resistance and mitigation buffs for the magic.
For Kefka's thresholds Sieghard and Kryla used a magic attack first in the round to draw the counters, then Folka used a barrier. This prevented the damage dealers from dying due to Downfall.
Sieghard magic covered the Forsaken during the 50% threshold. For the 30% threshold, Folka used barrier, Ignis used his 200% stat buffs and mitigation. This was enough so that no one died to Dancing Mad. The boss was killed the turn afterwards to avoid the dangerous sub30% phase.
