A highly venomous bird. It captures its prey by snatching it up with its sharp claws, then weakening it by injecting it with venom. The poison eagle's venomous-looking color brought rise to the belief that any who saw it would meet with misfortune. It is said that some who reside in the underbelly of society domesticate these birds to use in assassinations. From long ago and even up until today, assassins have been known to use poison to take out their targets, which is why influential people always carry around an antidote with them.
