A girl that appears in the tales of the Warriors of the Light from a faraway world. An orphan, she was raised by the Kazus village blacksmith Takka, and grew into quite the strong-willed daughter. Despising the strict blacksmith training she was forced to endure every day, she often ran away from home. On one of these occasions, she left the village in order to ditch her training, and thus avoided Djinn's curse. She decides to cooperate with Luneth and the others in order to save Takka and the other villagers.

Background Story

5★	A girl that appears in the tales of the Warriors of the Light from a faraway world. An orphan, she was raised by the Kazus village blacksmith Takka, and grew into quite the strong-willed daughter. Despising the strict blacksmith training she was forced to endure every day, she often ran away from home. On one of these occasions, she left the village in order to ditch her training, and thus avoided Djinn's curse. She decides to cooperate with Luneth and the others in order to save Takka and the other villagers.

The adopted daughter of the blacksmith Takka, she possesses both the will to voice her opinions and a gentle consideration for others. • Refia has a variation: Onion Knight Refia.
• In the Japanese version, Onion Knight Refia received her Ability Awakenings prior to the release of the Neo Vision era. This was not made available in the Global version prior to the release of the era, thus all her fully awakened abilities and latent abilities were integrated with her awakening in the Global version.

Trivia

• One of the main characters of the 3D Version of Final Fantasy III.
• Her victory pose of her hugging a Chocobo is an allusion to her doing the same in the opening sequence of the game's 3D Remake.
• Just like Luneth and Onion Knight's Limit Burst animations, you will see a slight glimpse of the "16 Hit!" sign upon the end of the attack. This is a reference to the first three Final Fantasy games, which use Hit Counts when attacking enemies with a standard attack.
