A large crystal formed when lightning magic is condensed for a very long period of time. Lightning appear to flicker within these mysterious stones, and they emit electricity when struck. For this reason, they are used for engineering airships, as well as for producing lightning-based magics. In recent years, there has also been an increase in demand as these crysts can be purposed into military weapons and some of the areas where lightning crysts can be harvested are closely controlled by national interests.
