Allegedly a member of the Orders known as the Delta Star, who served under the emperor himself. While his swordsmanship indeed resembles Hyoh's, it is so lacking in might and speed that one police officer he crossed blades with referred to it as more of "an imitation by someone trying to be Hyoh." He and the other members of this group are set on world domination, but given his recent juvenile proclamation that he has "surpassed the Delta Star to become the great Epi Star," he has become somewhat off-putting to his fellow members.
