This spirit creature has a single face but is in fact made up of the regrets and anger of many souls. The souls may come from beasts of the natural world, humans, and even monsters. These souls do not have a will of their own so much as an instinctual hatred of all life, which drives them to attack any living thing they encounter and try to absorb that beings soul into the whole. The green variety tends to contain the souls of those who died in great sorrow and they are likewise drawn to the suffering. It is said that the horrifying face of one of these souls appears as kindly as an old friend to those who have given into despair.
