Dragons are known for their incredibly long lifespans, when compared to humans. Many aspects of their ecology are still not understood, but one behavior that has been observed is their molting habit. As their bodies grow ever larger, they slough off their skin, scales and all. After a dragon finishes this molting process, a great deal of skin and huge piles of their hardy scales are left behind. If you happen across these precious remains of a dragon's molt, you will never again have to worry about money.
