Dark Visions - The Advent of Chaos/JP

Overview

• Type: Ranked Event

To participate in the event, players must be at least rank 50. Form a party of up to 6 unique units (companions cannot be taken into battle). Parties can be organized via the "Load" and "Save" options, which includes up to 20 save slots, separate from normal gameplay. The "Copy Party" and "Load Party" options allows the current party to be copied into a different party slot. The "Select Multiple" option allows for multiple units to be selected when creating a party, rather than normally selecting them one at a time.

Each boss for its respective area will display its elemental and damage type weaknesses before entering the battle. Bringing units and equipment that have the necessary element to take advantage of the boss's weakness will receive a +10% damage boost.

The overall ranking is a cumulative total of points from each of the area's stages. Setting additional scores in a given stage will only overwrite the previous score, not add to it.

Moogle Guard Captain will exchange various rewards for special currency within the event period. You can obtain this currency by defeating enemies inside the event vortex dungeon.

Dark Visions Abyss

Main article: Dark Visions Abyss

Every couple months, Dark Visions Abyss is held. Participation is limited to the top 3000 rankers of the previous Dark Visions event.
Dark Visions Abyss features two bosses and unique rewards.

Scoring Rules

A grade from B to S+ and points will be rewarded based on how effectively each area was cleared.

Rewards

You can check your points and rank by clicking on "Achievement Status" inside the raid vortex. All rewards will be sent to your mailbox. Individual rewards can be collected as soon as you get enough points, but rank rewards will only be distributed 14 days after the event is finished.

Dark Visions SP Summon

Dark Visions NV SP Summon Ticket and Dark Visions SP Summon Ticket can be used to pull from the "Dark Visions Neo Vision SPECIAL Summon" and "Dark Visions SPECIAL Summon" banners respectively. Those banners last for a month and feature a different selection of NV units each time. In addition, certain units can were originally released as Dark Visions Abyss rewards can be obtained through those tickets, although they are also part of the rotating summon pool.
