A young man spoken of in stories from the faraway land of Eos. Having always been by Noctis's side since he can remember, Ignis can't help but feel like his guardian. When the capital falls following the invasion of the Empire of Niflheim and news of the king's death spread across the land, he takes Noctis on an impromptu trip around the various regions of Lucis in order to help the prince reclaim his kingdom. Although Ignis is a glasses enthusiast, the truth is that his vision is not that badly impaired.

Background Story[]
