A fragment of a broken sword often found in the sites of former battles. Such fragments are mostly melted down and used by blacksmiths. They are reused for two main reasons: to save natural resources, and to carry on the wishes of their former owners. Many soldiers have had new weapons forged from the remains of their fallen friends' blades in an effort to carry on their dreams which were cut short by death. With such a blade gripped tightly within their hands, they find the heart to battle on.
