The blood technique is a technique that was once handed down through a certain colony. However, this colony was attacked and destroyed by dragons, which is said to have put an end to the technique. It is unknown whether or not this young man is from that colony, but what is known is that the look in his eye when he comes face to face with a dragon is full of nothing but hatred.
