The belmodar has an armor-like carapace and wicked horns sprouting from its head, shoulders, and nose. It is just as powerful and ferocious as it looks. When struck physically, it lashes back by unleashing the powerful electric current it generates within its body. Given the strength of its skin, some craftsmen have hoped to make powerful items from belmodar hide but the project does not seem very realistic considering how many monsters would have to be defeated to obtain a goodly amount.
