This team only used 4* and below TMR equipment, or event gear. The units used could be swapped out for anyone to fill those same roles.
Cecil provoked the ST attacks with 150% fire resist. Charlotte covered the magic while wearing elemental resistance to all of the elements.
Lid did breaks while also having all elements needed to seal the elemental stances. She was also the source of blind for the 50% threshold.
Aurora Fryevia chained each turn, making sure to not attack during Forsaken or Retaliation Stance.
Be careful to not use blind too early, as the boss gains gradual resistance to blind with each application, and you don't want her immune before the 50% threshold.
